Jennifer

Jennifer has years of Quickbooks experience, managing companies finances with multiple bank accounts, accounts payable administration, billing and accounts receivable functions, general ledger maintenance, budgeting, cash flow management, stats for each department and sales tax preparation and compliance.

Olivia

Olivia has over 15 years of accounting experience managing companies finances. I have an Associates in Mortuary Science from San Antonio College and a Bachelors of Accounting from Texas A&M San Antonio.

Jordyn

As an Executive Assistant, my responsibilities encompass the typical administrative tasks. I also am responsible for the accounts receivable and bookkeeping for the Company. I am a lifelong Texan, born and raised in the San Antonio area. I am a 2014 graduate of Smithson Valley High School and will be attending the University of the Incarnate Word in the fall, seeking a Bachelor of Science in nursing.
